DALLAS, April 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Ironside Human Resources ranked 229th on this year’s Financial Times list of “Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies of 2022.” The announcement was made public on April 5on the Financial Times (FT) website, providing the ranking of 500 companies from various sectors listed by revenue measures and data collected in 2021. This year marked the third year that FT hosted this prestigious list and the first Ironside HR’s participation in this recognition.

Ironside Human Resources was first established in the heart of Dallas, TX in July 2011. The vision was to design a healthcare staffing company that would not only operate under a unique business model compared to its competitors, but provide staffing solutions to a diversity of clients.

Key to Ironside Human Resources’ individuality lies in their appreciation of diversity in all operations. Boasting a wide range of client types, Ironside specializes in working with both small and large installations, providing solutions to each organization’s unique needs. Ironside’s suite of recruiting solutions is to meet permanent supply and travel/contract needs for all types of healthcare professions. The FT list recognizes more than America’s 500 fastest growing companies, but also provides a platform to showcase companies that have not only been able to survive the COVID pandemic, but also thrive. Ironside HR, as one of these elite companies, has seen over 50% growth in its in-house team and is set to double the size of its current head office in May 2022.

“We are beyond thrilled to have been selected as winners on this list alongside some of the most influential companies in the country. We have been fortunate to build an incredible team that has propelled us to the point where the Financial Times recognizes us for our financial growth. Additionally, I would like to thank the leadership team and mentors I have had over the past year who have helped take Ironside HR to the next level.”Doug CarterCEO of Ironside HR).

The FT list featured a great mix of different industries, including retail, auto manufacturing and IT solutions, as well as a mix of publicly traded companies and those that remain private. All participating companies had to provide their revenues from 2017 to 2020 to calculate their annual growth rate to calculate not only their eligibility, but also their ranking against other participants.
